ORDER

How can I place an order?

To order in our online shop, you must be 18 years or older and have an address in the EU. The order process includes the following steps:

Step 1: Add an item to the shopping basket
Place your desired products by clicking on the order button in the shopping cart. However, reservation is not guaranteed. You can change this selection at any time by submitting your order by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the online shop. To go to the next order step (login), click on the button "Checkout".

Step 2: Login
If you have already created a personal Miracle Woman customer account, please log in with your e-mail address and password. Otherwise, create your personal customer account or log in as a guest (no personal memo, no personal settings or status tracking of your order possible!). You also enter the invoice and delivery address. If you have a coupon code, please enter it here. Clicking on the "Next" or "Login" button will take you to the next order step.

Step 3: Payment method & shipping method
Select the desired method of payment or delivery. Clicking the "Next" button will take you to the last order step.

Step 4: Check and order

At this point, check the details of your order. If necessary, you can still make changes here. By clicking on the "order for payment" button, you send your order. Depending on the method of payment you have chosen, you will be forwarded to the respective payment platform.

As soon as your order has been received, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. We also inform you by e-mail about the shipping of your order. You can track your order by logging into your Miracle Woman account.

How do I find a specific item?

Use the search field in the upper right-hand side of the on-line shop or the different filter functions on the left-hand side. If an item is sold out or not, it is not displayed. In this case, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to help you.

My size is not displayed in the product description. What should I do??

If your size does not appear in the product description, or if it is not clickable, it is sold out or not in stock. In this case, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to help you.

Will sold out items or sizes come back in stock?

Some items offered can be reordered, other collections and the individual sizes are extremely limited in terms of the number of pieces. However, it is possible that a style will be reissued in the next season in a different colour or with another fabric. If you are looking for a specific item, please contact our customer service.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value. Only the redemption of vouchers can have a minimum order value. Please refer to the details of the offer.

How can I order a Miracle Woman gift card voucher?

Miracle Woman offers e-mail vouchers of 25/50/100 EUR, which will be sent to your e-mail address as soon as your payment has been booked. When buying a voucher, no legal VAT will be charged. In a case of loss, the voucher can not be refunded.

I received a Miracle Woman gift card voucher. How can I redeem it?

Place the items you want to buy with the voucher in the shopping cart. Please make sure that the value of the shopping cart is not less than the value of the voucher since a division of the voucher value or a cash payment of a possible balance is unfortunately not possible for technical and administrative reasons. In the shopping basket, click "I have a voucher", enter the coupon code printed on your voucher and close your order as normal.

How do I redeem a voucher?

In the shopping basket, click "I have a voucher", enter the coupon code and close your order as usual. Please note the respective voucher terms.

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service at 0800 93 000 77. You can reach us from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 14:00 and on Friday from 09:00 to 12:00. The legal right of withdrawal remains unaffected by the cancellation option.

I would like to exercise my right of withdrawal. How does it work?

We know you are going to look great in your Miracle Woman lingerie or swimwear however for any reason If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item to the warehouse for a full refund.

You have the right to revoke your declaration of contract or a contract which has already been concluded within 14 days without giving reasons. The period of revocation shall be 14 days from the date on which you or a third party you designate, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods. If you have ordered the goods within the scope of a uniform order and these goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts on the day on which you or a third party you have named, which is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last product has.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke your contract or a contract that has already been concluded, we are required to refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a different delivery type than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract.

For repayment, we use the same method of payment you used in the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed on other conditions with you; In no case will you be charged for these repayment fees. We may refuse the refund until we have recovered the goods or until you have proven that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is deemed adhered to if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days. The costs of returning the goods must be borne by the customer.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to a handling which is not necessary for the purpose of checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Please keep your shipping confirmation in a safe place! This serves as proof of the return in the event that the package is lost on its way to us.

NOTE: It may take up to 10 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse. As soon as we receive the return, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail and arrange the refund!

You have no right of withdrawal in the case of contracts involving

  • Goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
  • Goods which are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene reasons provided that their seal has been removed after delivery.

Can I summarize orders later?

Unfortunately, no. Each order you have initiated will be processed immediately.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order at "My Account", if you have created a customer account. In addition, as soon as we have approved your order for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a tracking number.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY COSTS

How much are the shipping costs?

For deliveries, we charge different shipping costs for each order based on the buyer's location. Please get more information about our shipping costs in the following shipping table.

 

Will I receive the shipping costs when I return my order?

If you revoke your order in writing, you will be refunded the order value including shipping costs. If you return only part of your order or the entire order without making use of your right of withdrawal, your shipping costs will not be refunded.

The costs for returns have to be borne by the customer.

How long does the delivery take?

We process all orders as soon as possible. The total delivery time depends on the availability of the items, the chosen payment method, and the shipping method. It consists of the time for dispatch preparation as well as the package run time of the package service. You can see both of these on the product details page.

Example:

"Ready for delivery in 4-6 business days" does not mean that your parcel will be delivered in 4-6 business days, but we need 4-6 business days to prepare the goods for shipping, for example, because the item has to be ordered from the supplier. The package runtime of the shipping service is added to this time.

You can see the status of your delivery in "My account" if you have created a customer account, or by using the tracking number, which you can find in the shipping confirmation you will receive by e-mail as soon as the package has been handed over to the package service.

What shipping service does Miracle Woman ship with?

Your order will be shipped as an insured parcel with DHL or Österreichische Post. Delivery to packing stations from DHL in Germany is possible. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

Do billing and delivery addresses need to be the same?

No. During the ordering process, you can specify whether the invoice and delivery address should be identical or you want to choose a different delivery address. However, both addresses must be in the same country. The invoice is sent to the e-mail address specified by you.

Can I place my order abroad?

Yes. Shipping is possible within the EU. The country of the delivery address must not be identical with the country of the billing address. 

PAYMENT

Which payment methods are available?

PayPal

PayPal is a payment service for easy and secure payments online. To pay with PayPal, you need an active PayPal account where you have entered your account or credit card data. The registration with PayPal is free.

To pay with PayPal, select the payment option "PayPal" during the ordering process. After the order is completed, you are guided through the payment process, where no further bank data have to be entered. The processing of the order takes place immediately after successful payment.

Credit Card

We accept VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards. To pay by credit card, select the "Credit card" option when ordering. You will be automatically forwarded for payment after sending the order. Please keep your credit card number, expiration date and the security code (on the back of the credit card). Your credit card account is charged when the order is completed.

How do I redeem a voucher code?

In the shopping basket, click "I have a voucher" and enter the voucher code. This is then displayed with the corresponding amount as an item in your shopping cart. After completing an order, a voucher code can unfortunately no longer be considered.

How can I use Miracle Woman vouchers?

Place the items you want to buy with the voucher into the shopping cart. Please make sure that the total value of the products in the shopping cart is not less than the value of the voucher. This is because it is not possible to divide the value of the voucher, nor is it possible to pay the difference in cash for technical and administrative reasons. In the shopping basket, click "I have a voucher" and enter the coupon code. This is then displayed with the corresponding amount as an item in your shopping cart.

Returns

What are the conditions for returns?

We strive for high customer satisfaction! Therefore, you can return items to us within 14 days if the goods do not meet your expectations. The return is subject to a charge; the customer bears the postage for returns.

 

Please place the items you wish to return in their original packaging. Please fill out the enclosed returns form and enclose it in the package. Please also state the reasons for your return so that we can process your return more quickly.

After checking your return in our warehouse, you will receive the purchase price (minus any coupon codes) promptly refunded. If items are returned incomplete, no refund can be given for these items (e.g. for sets). Unfortunately, we cannot take back any contaminated or damaged goods. Please do not remove the label as we cannot accept such items.

Who bears the cost of return?

The costs of your return are currently to be borne by the customer. 

In all cases, please always keep your confirmation of your order and payment until the end of the entire return processing. This proof states the date of return and the receipt number of your return. Return packages without sufficient postage will not be accepted.

How are discounts/vouchers charged for a return?

  • Amount or % discount on an article:
    If a discount has been applied to a specific item, only the discount price paid will be refunded upon the return of this item.

  • % - discount on the complete shopping cart (certain items can be exempted from the discount):
    If a discount has been applied to your complete shopping cart, in the event of a return, the total price will be split proportionally over all items and only the discounted amount you paid for the item will be refunded.

  • Return of items paid with vouchers:
    If you have paid with a Miracle Woman voucher and return items from your order, you will first receive the refund via a Miracle Woman voucher to the original value of the voucher. The remaining amount will be returned in the same payment form chosen by you for the order.

  • Other online vouchers:
    The online voucher is divided proportionally over all articles and deducted as a proportion of a return.

How and when do I get my money back?

The arrival of the package in our logistics center can take up to 10 days. Therefore please be patient - the return will be processed as soon as possible and confirmed by e-mail. As soon as your return has been received and checked, we will refund you the amount of returned items within a few days. Depending on the method of payment, you will receive your repayment as follows:

  • If you pay by credit card, the amount will be credited to your card.

  • If you pay via PayPal, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account.

  • If you pay with a Miracle Woman voucher, it will be restored to its original value. If the rebate amount is higher than the original voucher value, you will be refunded the difference in the same way as you originally paid.

Can I exchange items?

In order to ensure the highest possible stock level, we do not offer any direct exchange of individual products. You can simply return an item and then re-order your desired item.

I received wrong items. What's next?

Please create a return in our return portal and state the reason for the return. In addition please send a brief notification with your order number to our customer service: customerservice@miracle-woman.com

How long is warranty / guarantee?

All products you purchase at Miracle Woman are of course subject to the statutory warranty provisions. If there is a product shortage, please send a brief notification with your order number to our customer service: customerservice@miracle-woman.com. The Miracle Woman team will contact you.

Yes, only one person can be registered to each membership account.

No, the membership is free of charge.

How much is a Curvy Coin worth?

You will receive one Curvy Coin for every €1 you spend.

How do I collect Curvy Coins?

Where can I see how many Curvy Coins I have already earned?

How much is the discount credit that I can redeem on my next order?

  • 50 Curvy Coins = discount of €5

Will the Curvy Coins be refunded when I return an article?

No. After you return your order or any parts of your order, any Curvy Coins you spent on that order or articles will not be refunded to your account.

What happens with my Curvy Coins if I want to leave the Miracle Woman Curves Club?

If you want to use your Curvy Coins, you need to do that before leaving. Once your customer account has been deleted, all unused Curvy Coins will expire and can no longer be redeemed.

Do my points expire if I do not use them?

Your Curvy Coins will expire after 12 months from the date you received them if they are not redeemed.

Do I receive Curvy Coins for older orders?

No. Curvy Coins can not be credited retrospectively to past orders from existing accounts.

What happens to my personal data if I leave the Miracle Woman Curves Club?

Your personal data will be deleted when you leave our Club.
