Return items you ordered

Here you can announce the return of your order. Returns are free on all orders from Germany and Austria. To make use of this service, please complete the form below. Our customer service will then check your request, and you will receive a return label via e-mail. Only use this return label for free returns; otherwise, the costs for returns have to be borne by the customer.

How does it work?

After you have received the pre-filled return label via e-mail, proceed as follows:

1. Print out the return label.
2. Stick it to the package.
3. Pass the package to the post office.

To speed up the refund, please use the returns form enclosed with the package.
